Save Our Libraries!!
Our goal is a new library in our neighborhood.
We want to make sure DANA is well represented.
You could write a letter to the Director Jeff
Cannell expressing your support of having a
library in our neighborhood.

CANA's Annual Budget Review Project
As you are aware, we are preparing to begin our
Council's annual review of the City of Albany's
proposed budget.
I know you are all busy but I would ask each NA
to identify one person in your neighborhood
who'd be willing to get together with me and
interested others two or three times to
consider this information. They need not know
anything about the process-they can learn with
us. Any small piece of work will help the
whole. I hope we can use e-mail extensively,
but will be happy to accomodate those who don't
use it. I promise to make good use of busy
people's time.
Please have neighbors be in touch with me:
e-mail; maxDANYS@aol.com
phone; 459-3019
preferably prior to our October CANA
meeting.
Council of Albany
Neighborhood Associations
Is anyone interested in representing DANA in
this group?
Thanks very much.
